Director of Health Economics

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare analytics team, the full-time remote Director of Health Economics will manage health-outcomes analyses, lead peer-reviewed publications, and translate complex clinical data into compelling evidence for commercial growth and payer strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and execute health-outcomes analyses using biometric, claims, and clinical data
• Conduct literature reviews and prepare manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals and clinical white papers
• Partner with cross-functional teams to generate economic and clinical evidence supporting enterprise sales and value-based care contracting

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-7+ years of experience in clinical analytics, HEOR, or health economics
• Hands-on experience analyzing healthcare claims data with rigorous statistical methods
• Proficiency in statistical packages such as Python (preferred) or R, and fluency in SQL
• A record of peer-reviewed publications or research projects in relevant fields
