Director of Health Insights

Job Summary

Seeking a remote, full-time Director of Health Insights, the successful candidate will manage health insights and analytics projects, providing strategic consultation and demonstrating the value of wellness solutions through rigorous study design and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the lead health insights and analytics expert, providing evidence-based insights for product innovation and strategies
• Independently design and execute health insights studies, including claims analyses and savings evaluations
• Translate complex research findings into compelling narratives that demonstrate the impact of wellness solutions on health outcomes and cost savings

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, or a related quantitative field preferred, or a Bachelor's degree with five years of relevant experience
• Advanced proficiency in SAS for complex claims analysis and statistical modeling
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in health insights and analytics or outcomes research
• Proven track record of working with health plan data and understanding payer priorities
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical data to non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership
