Director of Health Insights

Job Summary

Acting as a key internal consultant, the full-time remote Director of Health Insights will manage the generation of clinical and health outcomes-based insights to support corporate strategy, product development, and client growth while leveraging expertise in claims analysis and strategic consultation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead health insights & analytics expert, providing evidence-based insights to inform product innovation and strategies
• Independently design and execute health insights studies, including claims analyses and savings evaluations
• Translate complex research findings into compelling value propositions for clients, demonstrating the impact of wellness solutions

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, or a related quantitative field preferred; Bachelor's degree with five years of related experience required
• Advanced proficiency in SAS for complex claims analysis and statistical modeling
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in health insights & analytics, outcomes research, or health economics
• Proven track record of working with health plan data and understanding payer priorities
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical data to non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership
