Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Health Plan - Partner Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational relationships with health plan vendors and partners, ensuring performance and continuous improvement
• Lead health plan implementation and renewal processes, coordinating teams for seamless onboarding
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align partner strategy with business objectives and drive accountability

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in partner management, health plan operations, or project management
• Experience in a health tech startup or high-growth environment is preferred
• Strong understanding of TPAs, PBMs, and health plan vendor solutions
• Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with operational analytics tools
