Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Health Plan Strategy to lead the development and execution of its vision in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand solutions and consulting services in healthcare
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner
• Lead quarterly Customer Advisory Board sessions to align with Health Plans' needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare quality improvement or government programs, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Extensive experience with Medicare Advantage CMS Star Ratings programs and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated experience with other government programs, such as Medicaid
• Proven expertise in building strong customer relationships within the healthcare industry
