Job Summary

To lead impactful health research initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Health Research will build strong client relationships, design and manage research projects, and develop high-performance teams while driving business growth in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and delivering value through research projects
• Lead and develop high-performance teams by promoting inclusivity, providing feedback, and fostering talent growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging insights to expand client relationships and drive account growth

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in market research within the healthcare or pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Proven expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Demonstrated success in managing and developing direct reports over multiple years
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
