Director of Healthcare AI Innovation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Healthcare AI & Operational Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand and execute the RCM AI and automation strategy aligned with organizational priorities
• Drive strategic alignment across leadership to identify high-value innovation opportunities
• Lead evaluation, selection, deployment, and optimization of AI/ML models for RCM functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of leadership experience in technology/innovation, Revenue Cycle Management, or healthcare operations
• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise AI/ML, automation, or RPA initiatives at scale
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, claims processing, and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing complex vendor relationships and negotiating technology agreements
