Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Healthcare Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives
• Provide senior leadership support and maintain effective communication with analytic teams
• Mentor and manage a team of leaders and analysts to ensure continuous development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and leading organizations
• Experience with SQL/querying languages and data modeling techniques
• Knowledge of modern business intelligence tools, preferably Microsoft PowerBI
• Experience in change management processes and behavioral health preferred
