Director of Healthcare Economics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Healthcare Economics to join their Medical Economics team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze claims and EMR data to quantify the clinical and financial impact of programs
• Develop and communicate clear ROI narratives for clients and prospective clients
• Partner with various teams to identify program successes and areas for improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with healthcare claims data in a payer or managed care environment
• Strong SQL skills with experience in accessing and analyzing large datasets
• Experience with Medicaid populations and reimbursement structures
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Prior experience managing analysts is preferred
