A company is looking for a Director, Education Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the vision and strategy for innovative educational programs
• Lead the design and implementation of new frameworks, curricula, and training programs for healthcare providers
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to drive educational innovation

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Education, Public Health, Instructional Design, or related field required
• Five to seven years of experience in healthcare education, program management, or innovation
• Demonstrated success in deploying innovative educational programs in a healthcare setting
• Strong familiarity with healthcare learning technologies and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management tools preferred
