Director of Healthcare Partnerships

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Director of Healthcare Partnerships, this full-time remote position will manage executive-level relationships with healthcare organizations to identify workforce challenges, develop partnership opportunities, and drive revenue growth through customized education and workforce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with multi-state hospitals and healthcare organizations to generate new partnerships and revenue growth
• Identify workforce gaps and align solutions to organizational priorities, including recruitment and retention initiatives
• Generate new partnership opportunities through discovery meetings, tailored presentations, and negotiations for partnership agreements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise partnerships, or healthcare relationship management
• Proven success in driving revenue growth and developing partnerships within healthcare systems
• Ability to manage long consultative sales cycles and influence multi-stakeholder decision-making
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
