Director of HEOR Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, HEOR Strategy Eyecare, International Launch Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the design and conduct of projects, communicating findings and strategic impacts to stakeholders
• Provides product leadership for HEOR strategic direction aligned with business goals, including evidence generation and economic modeling
• Ensures comprehensive HEOR representation in cross-functional meetings and is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of HEOR projects

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics or a related discipline
• Minimum of seven years of experience with a Master's degree or five years with a PhD
• Preferred: PhD in Economics, Econometrics, or related field with relevant experience
• Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional global team environment
• Extensive knowledge of the global regulatory, HTA, and PR&A landscape related to drug development
