Director of HEOR Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, HEOR Strategy Eyecare, International Launch Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the design and execution of HEOR projects, communicating findings to stakeholders
• Provides product leadership for HEOR strategies aligned with business goals, including economic modeling and real-world evidence
• Ensures project plans align with product strategies and manages execution decisions across cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics or related discipline
• Minimum of seven years of experience with a Master's degree or five years with a PhD
• Preferred PhD in Economics, Econometrics, or related field with relevant experience
• Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional global team environment
• Extensive knowledge of global regulatory, HTA, and PR&A landscapes
