Director of HEOR Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, HEOR Strategy, US Access Evidence Strategy and Execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate neuroscience evidence strategies in coordination with relevant leads and stakeholders
• Educate the Neuroscience HEOR team on IRA operational readiness to optimize engagement outcomes
• Oversee project design and execution, ensuring alignment with neuroscience access strategic plans

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics or a related discipline
• Minimum of seven years of experience with a Master's degree, or five years with a PhD
• Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional global team environment
• Extensive knowledge of the global regulatory, HTA, and PR&A landscape
• Ability to develop creative solutions to complex project challenges
