Director of HEOR Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, US HEOR Strategy Lead - Rheumatology.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the design and conduct of HEOR programs and communicates findings to internal and external stakeholders
• Leads HEOR strategy and interacts with cross-functional brand teams to determine global development strategies
• Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of HEOR projects, ensuring alignment with commercial and scientific objectives

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, MS) in Economics, Econometrics, or (pharmaco)epidemiology
• Minimum of ten years of experience in relevant fields, with leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Extensive knowledge of global regulatory, HTA, and PR&A landscapes related to drug development
• Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional global team environment
• High goal-orientation with a strong desire to achieve commercial success and lead cross-functional teams
