Director of HEOR Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of HEOR Strategy - Neuroscience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the design and conduct of HEOR projects, communicating findings and strategic impacts effectively
• Provides product leadership for HEOR strategies in alignment with business goals and cross-functional partners
• Accountable for end-to-end delivery of HEOR initiatives, ensuring strong partnerships with relevant functions

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics or a related discipline
• Minimum of seven years of experience with a Master's degree, or five years with a PhD
• Preferred: PhD in Economics, Econometrics, or (pharmaco)epidemiology with three years of relevant experience
• Typically three or more years of clinical development experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related fields
• Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional global team environment
