Director of HEOR Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, HEOR Strategy, Global Immunology Pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of an integrated HEOR evidence strategy for immunology assets, aligning with global access objectives
• Drive decision-making through collaboration with clinical development, medical, regulatory, and commercial stakeholders
• Generate real-world evidence and guide economic value assessments to support product value and reimbursement strategies

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's or higher; PhD or PharmD/MS preferred)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, and Market Access in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in leading evidence generation activities, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior leaders in a cross-functional setting
• Deep knowledge of the global regulatory, payer, and HTA landscape related to drug development
