Director of HEOR Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of HEOR strategies, the full-time remote Director of HEOR Strategy will manage a multi-asset portfolio, ensuring alignment with global and regional HTA submissions and payer negotiations while providing product leadership and overseeing project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Leads HEOR strategy and execution across a multi-asset portfolio, ensuring integrated, evidence-based plans
• Provides product leadership for HEOR strategic direction in collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Accountable for end-to-end delivery of the HEOR book of work, from strategy development to content pull-through

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics or a related discipline
• Minimum of seven years of experience with a Master's degree or five years with a PhD, including clinical research experience
• Typically three or more years of clinical development experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related fields
• Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional global team environment
• Extensive knowledge of the global regulatory, HTA, and PR&A landscape related to drug development
