Director of HEOR Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the strategic development and execution of high-quality evidence for an enterprise-critical gene therapy in retina diseases, the full-time remote Director of HEOR Strategy will manage cross-functional teams, oversee project designs, and ensure alignment with international market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design and conduct of HEOR projects, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders
• Provide product leadership for HEOR strategic direction, ensuring alignment with business goals and cross-functional partners
• Accountable for end-to-end delivery of HEOR initiatives, integrating project plans with product strategies and managing execution updates

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics or a related discipline
• Minimum of seven years of relevant experience with a Master's degree or five years with a PhD
• Preferred PhD in Economics, Econometrics, or related fields with clinical research experience
• Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional global team environment
• Extensive knowledge of global regulatory, HTA, and PR&A landscapes
