Director of HEOR Value Demonstration

Job Summary

Leading a high-performance team, the full-time remote Director of HEOR Value Demonstration will develop and execute healthcare economic and outcomes research strategies for obesity and liver therapeutic areas, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and optimizing product reimbursement and formulary positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design and execution of HEOR studies to demonstrate the value of products, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals
• Provide strategic HEOR guidance to cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, integrating payer needs into research plans
• Recruit, train, and develop the HEOR Value Demonstration Team, fostering a performance-based culture focused on quality deliverables and compliance

Required qualifications

• PhD or Doctoral degree in a relevant clinical discipline with formal training in HEOR
• Minimum of ten years of experience in managed markets, health economics, outcomes research, and population health management
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred with a deep understanding of the US healthcare system
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-functioning teams and influence cross-functionally
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and pharmacoeconomic analysis skills
