Director of Hepatology Strategy

Job Summary

Leading U.S. portfolio and pipeline strategy for Hepatology/Immunology medicines, the full-time remote Director of Hepatology Strategy will manage market analyses, develop customer insights, and drive business growth through strategic planning and collaboration with global counterparts.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement portfolio strategies for Hepatology/Immunology medicines, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and commercial objectives
• Develop U.S. market analyses and insights for pipeline assets, translating customer perspectives into clinical and health outcome needs
• Lead asset reviews and deliver recommendations for U.S. leadership, ensuring integration of customer insights into portfolio decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare roles with a focus on Hepatology/Immunology
• Experience in developing market analyses and customer insights to inform clinical development plans and financial valuations
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders including Medical, R&D, and Finance
• Experience leading complex asset reviews and delivering recommendations that influence senior stakeholder decisions
