Director of High Risk Reviews

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of BSA High Risk Customer Review.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence reviews for high risk customers across various business lines
• Develop and maintain standardized review procedures and quality standards
• Build and lead a team of high risk review analysts and specialists

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• CAMS, CFCS, or similar certification preferred
• 10+ years of experience in BSA/AML compliance with a focus on high risk customer management
• At least 5 years of experience leading teams of eight or more compliance professionals
• Strong understanding of BSA/AML regulatory requirements and risk characteristics across banking business lines
