Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Patient Financial Services (PFS), Home Care & Audit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff for patient financial services and accounts receivable for Home Care services
• Establish and oversee billing and collections processes to meet Medicare and insurance requirements
• Maximize cash flow through effective management of billing, collections, and negotiations with third-party payers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or Finance
• 5-8 years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle management, particularly in home health regulations
• Proficiency in HCHB (Homecare Homebase), TIMs, CPR Plus, and Brightree
• Strong system optimization and leadership experience
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and payer contracts
