Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Home Care Sales and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, product, customer service, and tech teams
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective execution of initiatives
• Utilize data-driven insights to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience, including at least 1 year in project management and 1 year in analytical/consulting roles
• Exceptional quantitative skills for data analysis and interpretation
• Demonstrated project management or program management experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree preferred
• UX/Product experience and advanced SQL knowledge are a plus
