Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Home Integration and Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end home integration lifecycle from acquisition to delivery
• Oversee design, procurement, logistics, and inventory management teams to ensure alignment with brand standards
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls across onboarding and special projects

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in design operations, supply chain, procurement, or logistics
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles within fast-growing organizations
• Proven experience in budget management and financial reconciliation
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience in hospitality, residential real estate, or consumer-facing brands preferred
