Director of Hospital Support

Job Summary

To oversee a remote team providing operational assistance, the full-time salaried Director of Hospital Support will manage personnel, ensure process oversight, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver high-quality service to hospital leaders and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to organizational leaders, shaping support strategy and decision-making
• Hire, train, and lead the Hospital Support team to ensure effective daily operations and facilitate communication
• Manage and track support tickets within the centralized ticketing system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, operations management, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in operations, support, or multi-site environments
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and providing performance oversight
• Familiarity with multi-site healthcare or veterinary operations is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with workflow, support, or project management tools is preferred
