Director of Hospital Support

Job Summary

To support operational excellence, the full-time Director of Hospital Support will oversee a remote team providing assistance to hospital and field leaders, managing personnel, ensuring process oversight, and maintaining high-quality service delivery both onsite and remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to organizational leaders, shaping support strategy and decision-making
• Hire, train, and lead the Hospital Support team to ensure effective daily operations and communication
• Manage and track support tickets within a centralized system to ensure timely follow-up and resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, operations management, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in operations, support, or multi-site environments
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and providing performance oversight
• Familiarity with multi-site healthcare or veterinary operations is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with workflow or project management tools is preferred
