Job Summary
To drive technology transformation in hospitality, the full-time Director of Hospitality Applications will define and execute the technology strategy, manage the application portfolio, and lead a team of professionals in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and execute the Hospitality technology strategy and multi-year roadmap
- Lead the Hospitality application portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Partner with business leaders to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency through technology initiatives
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise applications and technology delivery in complex organizations
- 5+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of building high-performing teams
- Experience in Hospitality, Property Management, or similar business functions
- Demonstrated success in developing technology strategies and delivering transformational outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
