Job Summary

To drive growth in host networking products for agentic workloads, the full-time salaried Director of Host Networking Sales will manage demand generation for NVIDIA's DPUs, NICs, and SuperNICs while overseeing daily sales operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align supply with customer needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Define strategy and daily operating cadence for DPU, NIC, and SuperNIC demand generation, prioritizing workloads and customer engagement
  • Identify and close workload-led builds that integrate NVIDIA products with leading AI and enterprise customers
  • Lead a cross-functional team to enhance integrations, enablement, and feedback on product roadmaps
Required qualifications
  • A technical and commercial university degree or equivalent experience
  • Over 15 years of experience in sales, business growth, or product launches in data center networking or related fields, with more than 10 years in leadership roles
  • Experience in driving demand through software platforms and ISV partnerships
  • Strong understanding of NICs, SuperNICs, DPUs, and cloud infrastructure
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions and actionable go-to-market plans
