Job Summary
To drive growth in host networking products for agentic workloads, the full-time salaried Director of Host Networking Sales will manage demand generation for NVIDIA's DPUs, NICs, and SuperNICs while overseeing daily sales operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align supply with customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Define strategy and daily operating cadence for DPU, NIC, and SuperNIC demand generation, prioritizing workloads and customer engagement
- Identify and close workload-led builds that integrate NVIDIA products with leading AI and enterprise customers
- Lead a cross-functional team to enhance integrations, enablement, and feedback on product roadmaps
Required qualifications
- A technical and commercial university degree or equivalent experience
- Over 15 years of experience in sales, business growth, or product launches in data center networking or related fields, with more than 10 years in leadership roles
- Experience in driving demand through software platforms and ISV partnerships
- Strong understanding of NICs, SuperNICs, DPUs, and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions and actionable go-to-market plans
