Director of Hotel Supply Chain

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end Hotel supply chain operations, the full-time Director of Hotel Supply Chain will oversee demand and supply planning, strategic sourcing, and procurement operations while collaborating closely with Logistics to ensure timely delivery of supplies to the ships in a Seattle-based, on-site role.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen planning processes, including demand forecasting and inventory management across various channels
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for food, beverage, and hotel categories while managing supplier relationships
• Oversee procurement operations, ensuring timely fulfillment and resolution of issues in collaboration with Logistics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Hospitality, or related field; Master's preferred
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement, preferably in F&B or hospitality
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams and driving performance management
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, and contract negotiations
• Experience with ERP and procurement/inventory systems; familiarity with MXP is a plus
