Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Executive team to align people strategy with business priorities and drive organizational effectiveness
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and develop scalable HR programs that respect local cultures
• Oversee global performance management and coach leaders on navigating complex people challenges

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably with global responsibilities
• Proven ability to design and execute HR programs that support business agility
• Experience managing complex employee relations issues with a focus on fairness and compliance
• Proficiency with HR systems and tools, with a preference for AI technologies to enhance employee experience
• MBA in Human Resources or related field preferred
