Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources - Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor HR Business Partners, create monthly business reviews, and develop learning plans
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities, conduct root cause analysis, and lead change initiatives
  • Facilitate conflict resolution, provide regular reporting to leadership, and contribute to business presentations

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a global call center environment
  • Experience leading HR organizations in fast-paced service industries for at least 2 years
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in leadership development, employee relations, or advisory roles
  • Understanding of employment law, conducting investigations, and delivering lifecycle HR services
  • Proven ability to make ethical decisions, influence high-performing teams, and work in complex environments
