Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a strategic HR partner to Executive Leadership Teams in organizations with 2,000+ employees
• Experience supporting Engineering teams, preferably in a global company
• Extensive knowledge of HR strategies including leadership coaching and organizational design
• Proven ability to influence and lead through change in fast-paced environments
• Proactive leader with a passion for transformation and continuous improvement
