Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Director, HR Business Partner - Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to Finance corporate functions executive leaders on talent and organizational design
• Build talent pipelines and ensure succession readiness for critical Finance roles
• Partner with Finance leaders to design effective organization structures and translate business strategy into workforce plans

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in HR
• Progressive HR experience as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior executive leaders
• Ability to translate talent strategies into business value
• Experience in workforce and organization design within complex organizations
• Bachelor's degree (required)
