Job Summary

Providing strategic HR partnership to functional teams, the full-time Director of HR Business Partner will manage employee relations, succession planning, and talent assessments in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide employee relations counseling and guidance on policies and procedures to employees and leaders
  • Manage succession planning and implement development action plans to maximize employee growth
  • Drive employee engagement by analyzing survey data and creating effective action plans
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Expert knowledge of human resource policies, programs, and practices
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and interact with leadership
