Job Summary
Providing strategic HR partnership to functional teams, the full-time Director of HR Business Partner will manage employee relations, succession planning, and talent assessments in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide employee relations counseling and guidance on policies and procedures to employees and leaders
- Manage succession planning and implement development action plans to maximize employee growth
- Drive employee engagement by analyzing survey data and creating effective action plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Expert knowledge of human resource policies, programs, and practices
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and interact with leadership
