Job Summary
Serving as a strategic partner to the Head of R&D, the full-time Director of HR Business Partner will lead organizational design and change management initiatives while driving the people strategy for R&D during a significant transformation to an AI-native engineering culture, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and embed a people strategy to accelerate the transformation of Chainalysis into an intelligence company
- Lead organizational design and change management efforts across R&D to optimize team structures and workflows
- Drive the people aspects of AI transformation, evolving career frameworks and talent strategies for specialized technical roles
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with at least 5 years as a strategic HRBP in high-growth technology companies
- Experience scaling R&D organizations through rapid growth, with a deep understanding of evolving roles and structures
- A builder's mindset with the ability to create frameworks and programs from scratch
- Strong knowledge of technical organization operations and the impact of AI on engineering workflows
- Proven executive presence and analytical capabilities, with the ability to influence and drive action through data
