Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR business partner to senior leaders, influencing organization design and talent strategy
- Lead full-cycle performance management, including calibration and underperformance action plans
- Build and scale HR programs focused on engagement, career pathing, and leadership development
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive HRBP experience with senior-level partnership
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or PE-backed environments
- Proven track record in driving organization design and performance management at scale
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; SPHR/PHR certification is a plus
- Direct communication style with a bias toward action over process
