Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners and Generalists
• Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to designated business units, aligning people strategies with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement of HR workflows and processes to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a strategic HRBP or organizational effectiveness role
• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience
• Proven expertise in coaching, change leadership, and talent strategy
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
