Director of HR Information Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Human Resources Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Product Owners and manage the product vision for HR tools like Workday and Service Now
• Establish project management processes to ensure successful deployment and maintenance of HR systems
• Act as a liaison between technology and business partners to facilitate project progress and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Product Owner, Consultant, or Business Analyst in the HRIS space
• 7+ years of experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and/or HR Systems
• 5+ years of experience leading consulting teams focused on Systems Implementation
• Project Management experience with a focus on design, development, testing, and delivery
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
