Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the fully remote Director of HR Services will manage strategic HR client delivery and internal leadership responsibilities, focusing on mentoring the HR team and serving as a senior HR advisor to clients in various stages of growth.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a senior HR leader/advisor to select clients, leading complex HR initiatives and delivering actionable recommendations
- Lead, mentor, and grow the HR team, establishing and improving internal HR service delivery processes
- Oversee client relationships to ensure consistency, quality, and strong results while coaching HR Managers on client strategy and workload management
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibility in fast-paced, growing organizations
- Strong track record of mentoring and developing HR talent, preferably in an HR consulting firm
- Deep knowledge of employment law and compliance, with multi-state experience required
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning
- Experience with HR systems and process automation
