Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of HR Shared Operations Services-Tier 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and management of Tier 2 HR Shared Operations Services, including complex service offerings and escalations
  • Oversee specialty support to Centers of Expertise and ensure effective integration of HR functions and services
  • Manage the strategic planning and operational priorities for the HR Shared Services function, including Mergers, Transitions & Acquisitions


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
  • Seven years of Human Resources experience, including five years in leadership roles
  • Significant experience in HR Shared Services or similar complex customer service functions
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with technology and applications relevant to HR operations, particularly Workday
