Required Qualifications

• 10 or more years of progressive HR operations or shared services leadership experience with global scope
• Experience designing and deploying technology-enabled HR service models at enterprise scale
• Deep expertise in integrating Workday, ServiceNow, and orchestration technologies
• Proven ability to lead global teams across multiple regions
• Experience in driving automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
