Director of HR Solutions

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, the remote Director of HR Solutions will manage people transformation initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce readiness while ensuring the people implications of enterprise transformation are addressed.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior business leaders on the organizational impacts and change requirements of enterprise transformation initiatives, including AI adoption
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop integrated people strategies that support business transformation and improve employee experience
• Drive enterprise change management strategies to ensure organizational readiness and successful adoption of transformation initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in organizational design and change management
• 4+ years of direct or matrixed leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience in assessing people implications of transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of generative AI and its impact on workforce design
