Job Summary
Leading a regional team of HR Business Partners and specialists, the full-time remote Director of HRBP & Talent will provide strategic oversight for Talent Acquisition, develop integrated HR strategies, and enhance organizational effectiveness to align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR and talent strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and coach the HRBP team to deliver scalable people solutions
- Provide oversight for the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and hiring strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR leadership roles
- Proven experience leading HR Business Partner teams in a complex environment
- Demonstrated experience overseeing or partnering with Talent Acquisition functions
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data to drive decisions
