Director of HTA and Global Access

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, HTA, Evidence, and Global Access.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage health technology assessment (HTA) submissions and economic models for global market access
• Oversee global HEOR research projects and collaborate with the HEOR team on publications
• Engage with HTA agencies, payers, and stakeholders, and communicate market access strategies to senior leadership

Required Qualifications and Education

• 12+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, focusing on health economics and market access
• Strong background in oncology, cell therapy, or rare diseases
• Advanced degree in health economics, epidemiology, or a related field preferred
• Deep understanding of international healthcare systems and HTA processes
• Fluency in French or German is advantageous
