Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in senior leadership collaboration
• Experience in leading HR initiatives and developing talent strategies in complex environments
• Proven ability to coach and develop HR teams while managing performance and accountability
• Strong background in data-driven decision-making and workforce optimization
