A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources, Corporate.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR business partner for the commercial organization, aligning HR strategies with business objectives
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders to provide counsel on talent strategies and organizational design
• Lead change initiatives to enhance business effectiveness and employee engagement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 7 years HR Generalist experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
• Professional HR Certification from HRCI or SHRM preferred
• Experience in managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel quarterly within the U.S. for offsite meetings and business support
