Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee HR Business Partners to ensure strategic HR initiatives align with business objectives
• Develop and implement talent strategies, including succession planning and employee engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal HR Centers of Excellence to drive organizational effectiveness and compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources or management, or equivalent experience required
• Master's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Seven to ten years of experience in Human Resources, with at least five years in a strategic HR Business Partner role
• Three years of leadership experience required
• M&A experience strongly preferred
