Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources to build and lead a modern people function during a period of growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a scalable HR roadmap across organizational design, talent planning, and culture
• Manage payroll compliance, policy development, and HR operations including onboarding and offboarding
• Integrate acquired teams and support global compliance and compensation structures

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments
• Proficiency with Paylocity, Lever, and modern HR systems
• U.S. compliance experience with international exposure preferred
• Experience supporting immigration and global hiring processes
