Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources (People Operations & Talent).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategy and ensure hiring goals are met
• Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Deep expertise across employee relations, compliance, and performance management
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
